Larry, I thought you might have been exaggerating just a tad when you told me what to expect from my new computer.

Boy was I wrong!

Access to everything, e-mail, data searches, Word, computer files, is unbelievably faster, and, just as you predicted, the learning curve has been minimal. For a technophobe like me, that is incredible. The way you held my hand as we went over the new processes and procedures has paid off big time. We plan on having you perform the same magic for my wife Bonnie and her computer. Oh, and one more thing – we both appreciate the time you spent instructing us on what to look for as we prepare to venture
into our first smartphone purchase. With a high level of confidence, we’re headed out this weekend to enter the 21st century!
